What is it?
Counselling is a talking therapy can help you explore your thoughts and understand why you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or depressed. Through counselling, I help people who have lived through abuse, trauma, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, anxiety and depression.
We sit together and talk about how you feel now. Understanding more about yourself leads to change and redirection, towards being strong again.
We can also walk as we work if you feel more relaxed outdoors.
Through EMDR treatment, I work with military and the blue light services for those who have been impacted or still experience symptoms of past trauma everyday. (PTSD).
