I’m Cath, and I know that sometimes life can be so hard. I’m qualified to practice Person Centred Counselling, which is a talking therapy. If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed talking therapy can lead you to explore your thoughts and feelings so you can better understand why you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or depressed. I have worked with clients across a range of negative experiences including trauma, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anxiety and depression. I also work with members of the armed forces, police forces ( MERPOL ) and ‘blue light’ first responders who have experienced, and continue to be impacted by, trauma. Some people work around Trauma on a daily basis. Then one day, something changes inside and work becomes more triggering - with constant feelings of anxiety and self doubt.
I offer a safe non-judgmental space so you can explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns. Understanding yourself better will lead you towards feeling stronger and in control once again.
